A home abroad

My daughter Jennifer spent hours scoping out possible living solutions in Florence--we wanted an apartment with kitchen so we could purchase fresh produce, pastas, cheeses, breads from local markets and cook up memorable evening meals. Most of all, we wanted rooms with a view. We hit the jackpot with this lovely apartment.
"T
he house is in the most beautiful residential green area in the very historical centre of Florence, known as Piazza D'Azeglio. It is few minutes walk from Santa Croce Cathedral, the Duome or Ponte Vecchio! You can walk anywhere to take a bus to anywhere from there! It is a very Florentine aristocratic part of town; that is to say, where "real Florentines" (a rarity in fact! ) still live."
