Each day before my book arts class (2:30-4:30 p.m.), Jen and I continue to enjoy the flavor of Firenze. We enjoy shopping at our local market, but thought we'd try something new--the Central Market. The market has two floors, fresh veggies and fruits upstairs, meats and gourmet goodies down. Wines, biscotti, prepared foods, oils--the booths are all specialized. We shopped a bit and stopped for lunch at Nerbone's--a popular luncheon spot. No private tables here--everyone is expected to share tables while they dine on wonderful Tuscan fare.
