Michangelo's beautiful David stands in the Galleria dell' Accademia, in a wonderful rotunda space. When you turn the corner into the gallery preceding the David, he stands humbly waiting view. No pictures allowed here, so I've borrowed a couple just to remind how majestic the statue is.
