Jen selected a candy-striped vining geranium for our terrace table, six pack of basil (we didn't learn until we open our bag of tomatoes at home, the vendor included a large cutting of fresh basil in the bag), and a healthy oregano plant from a true Italian gentleman...he was selling things so inexpensively when Jen insisted he keep the change, he repeated "grazie mille, grazie mille."
